These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the HuberPro application (“Application” or “Platform”), developed and operated by Syntrp Tecnologia LTDA, a private legal entity registered under CNPJ No. 66.408.569/0001-07, headquartered at RUA CUSTODIO SERRAO, 873, ZIP CODE 05116-011, hereinafter referred to simply as “Syntrp” or “we”.
BY ACCESSING, INSTALLING OR USING THE HUBERPRO APPLICATION, YOU (“USER”) DECLARE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND FULLY AGREED TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PROVISION HEREIN, DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings below:
Application or Platform: the HuberPro software, available for mobile and/or web devices, provided by Syntrp.
User: any natural person who accesses, installs, registers or uses the Application, whether as a technician, consultant, student or professional in the field of refrigeration, air conditioning and related areas.
Account: the individual profile created by the User in the Application upon registration.
Error Database: feature that provides a catalog of fault codes, symptoms, diagnostics and solutions for refrigeration, air conditioning, climate control equipment and related systems.
Technical Community: collaborative space within the Application where Users can post technical questions, answer other Users questions, share experiences and professional content.
User Content: any text, image, video, file, data or information published by the User on the Platform.
Personal Data: information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined by Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD).
LGPD: Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709 of August 14, 2018).
2.1 General Description
HuberPro is a digital platform aimed at professionals and students in the technical field of refrigeration, air conditioning, climate control and related equipment, offering the following main features:
(1) Error Database and Diagnostics: collection of fault codes, symptoms, possible causes and solution procedures for equipment from various brands and models.
(2) Technical Community: collaborative forum where Users can open question threads, answer questions, evaluate responses and interact with other professionals.
(3) Notifications and Updates: relevant communications about new entries in the error database, answers to questions and platform news.
(4) Other features that may be included at Syntrp discretion, with prior notice to the User.
2.2 Informational Nature
All content provided by HuberPro — including the Error Database and responses published in the Technical Community — is exclusively informational and educational in nature. Syntrp does not guarantee that the information is complete, up to date or suitable for any specific situation. The User is solely responsible for technical decisions made based on information obtained on the Platform.
3.1 Registration Requirements
To use all Application features, the User must create an Account providing truthful, accurate, current and complete information. Registration is available for individuals over 18 (eighteen) years of age or, if minors, provided they are represented or assisted by their legal guardians, in accordance with Brazilian civil law.
3.2 Required Information
Registration will require, at a minimum: full name; valid email address; secure password; phone number (optional, but recommended for account recovery); professional field (e.g.: refrigeration technician, student, engineer).
3.3 Accuracy of Information
The User declares and warrants that all information provided during registration is truthful and that they will keep their data up to date. Syntrp is not responsible for damages resulting from false, incomplete or outdated information provided by the User.
3.4 Account Security
The User is solely responsible for keeping their access credentials (username and password) confidential. Any access made with the User credentials will be considered performed by the User themselves. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, the User must immediately notify Syntrp through the support channels indicated on the Platform.
3.5 Account Uniqueness
Each User may maintain only one active Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same User, whether to circumvent restrictions, manipulate the Technical Community or for any other purpose, is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all accounts involved.
4.1 License of Use
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Syntrp grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to access and use the Application strictly for legitimate personal and professional purposes.
4.2 Permitted Use
The User may: consult the Error Database for equipment diagnosis and maintenance purposes; participate in the Technical Community by posting questions, answering questions and interacting respectfully; share their technical knowledge collaboratively; use the search, filter and favorites features available on the Platform.
4.3 Prohibited Conduct
The following is expressly prohibited for the User:
(1) using the Application for illegal, fraudulent purposes or contrary to public order and good morals;
(2) publishing offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, pornographic, violent content or content that violates third-party rights;
(3) performing reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or attempting to obtain the Application source code;
(4) using robots, scrapers, spiders or any automated means to access, collect or index Platform content without Syntrp prior written authorization;
(5) interfering or attempting to interfere with the operation of the Application or the servers hosting it;
(6) creating fake Accounts, using third-party identities or providing misleading information;
(7) deliberately publishing technically incorrect information with the intent of misleading other Users;
(8) using the Technical Community for unauthorized advertising, marketing or commercial promotion purposes;
(9) violating Syntrp or third-party intellectual property rights;
(10) attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform without authorization;
(11) transmitting viruses, malware or any malicious code.
4.4 Responsibility for Published Content
The User is fully responsible for all User Content they publish on the Platform, including its accuracy, technical precision, originality and lawfulness. Syntrp does not endorse, edit, verify or take responsibility for user-generated content.
5.1 Collaborative Spirit
HuberPro Technical Community is a space for professional exchange. All Users must conduct their participation with mutual respect, professional ethics and the pursuit of quality technical knowledge.
5.2 Posting Questions
When opening a question in the Community, the User must: describe the problem clearly and objectively, providing the equipment brand, model and symptoms; include, when possible, the observed error or fault code; indicate procedures already performed for diagnosis; not duplicate questions already existing on the Platform.
5.3 Posting Answers
When answering other Users questions, it is necessary to: base the answer on verifiable technical knowledge; indicate, when relevant, technical sources or references; not provide intentionally incorrect or misleading information; respect the User who asked the question, regardless of their knowledge level.
5.4 Moderation
Syntrp reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content that violates these Terms, Community rules or applicable law. Repeated violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent deletion of the Account.
5.5 Disclaimer of Technical Liability
Technical information shared in the Community is the sole responsibility of its authors. Syntrp does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or applicability of any answer or suggestion published. The User must critically evaluate the information received and, when necessary, consult qualified professionals or official manufacturer technical manuals.
The Error Database available in HuberPro is built from various sources, including manufacturer technical manuals, specialized literature and contributions from the technical community. Despite all care in its preparation, Syntrp warns that:
— the information may not reflect recent manufacturer updates;
— equipment models and firmware versions may have variations not covered in the catalog;
— the indicated procedures must be performed by qualified professionals, with appropriate personal protective equipment;
— Syntrp is not responsible for damage to equipment, facilities or persons resulting from the application of information contained in the Error Database;
— the User must always verify the compatibility of the information with the specific equipment being handled.
7.1 Syntrp Ownership
The HuberPro Application, including — but not limited to — its source code, design, interface, logos, trademarks, names, editorial content, compiled Error Database and other elements that compose it, are the exclusive property of Syntrp or its licensors, protected by Brazilian and international copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 License over User Content
By publishing User Content on the Platform, the User grants Syntrp a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free and indefinite license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display such content on any media, for the purposes of operating, improving and promoting the Application.
7.3 Authorship
The User declares to be the sole author or holder of rights over the User Content they publish, holding Syntrp harmless from any third-party claims related to the violation of copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
7.4 Prohibition of Improper Use
The reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or any other form of use of the Platform protected elements without Syntrp prior written authorization is prohibited.
8.1 Free Version and Premium Version
HuberPro may offer both a free version and paid plans (“Premium”), with different features and usage limits. The specific conditions of each plan will be described on the Platform at the time of subscription.
8.2 Payment Conditions
Payments for Premium plans will be made according to the conditions presented at the time of subscription, which may involve monthly, annual or other periodic charges. All prices are expressed in Brazilian reais (BRL) and include legally applicable taxes.
8.3 Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled by the User before the end of the current period, subscriptions will be automatically renewed for the same period and value. The User will be notified in advance about renewals.
8.4 Refund Policy
Syntrp will adopt a refund policy in accordance with Brazilian consumer protection legislation (Law No. 8.078/1990 — Consumer Protection Code), especially regarding the 7 (seven) calendar day right of withdrawal for contracts entered into outside the commercial establishment, pursuant to Article 49 of the CDC.
8.5 Price Changes
Syntrp reserves the right to change plan prices with a minimum of 30 (thirty) days prior notice to the User. The User may cancel their subscription if they do not agree with the new prices.
9.1 Suspension by Syntrp
Syntrp may suspend or terminate the User Account, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice, in the following situations: violation of any provision of these Terms; fraudulent or illegal acts; providing false information during registration; use of the Application in a manner that causes harm to third parties or to Syntrp itself; determination by a competent authority.
9.2 Termination by the User
The User may terminate their Account at any time, through the Application settings or by requesting support. Termination will not entitle the User to a refund of amounts already paid for ongoing periods, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
9.3 Effects of Termination
Upon Account termination, the User will lose access to the Platform features. User Content previously published may be kept on the Platform, anonymously or not, to preserve the integrity of the Technical Community, unless there is a legal basis for deletion.
10.1 Service Availability
Syntrp will make its best efforts to keep the Application continuously available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Application may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks or force majeure events.
10.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Syntrp makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Application fitness for a specific purpose, technical accuracy of information or absence of errors.
10.3 Limitation of Compensation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syntrp total liability to the User for any damages arising from the use of the Application will be limited to the amount paid by the User to Syntrp in the 3 (three) months preceding the event that caused the damage. This limitation does not apply in cases of Syntrp fraud or gross negligence.
10.4 Indirect Damages
Syntrp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss or reputational damage, even if informed of the possibility of such damages.
The processing of Users Personal Data is governed by HuberPro Privacy Policy, a separate document that is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available on the Platform. By accepting these Terms, the User also declares to be aware of the Privacy Policy.
12.1 Syntrp Notifications
Syntrp may communicate with the User via the registered email, push notifications, in-app messages or other available channels. The User must keep their email up to date to receive important communications.

Syntrp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to the User with a minimum of 15 (fifteen) days notice, through notification in the Application or by email. Continued use of the Application after the notice period will constitute acceptance of the changes. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must close their Account before the effective date of the new conditions.
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Syntrp regarding the use of the HuberPro Application, superseding any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14.3 No Waiver
Syntrp failure to require compliance with any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in the future.
14.4 Assignment
The User may not assign or transfer their rights and obligations under these Terms without Syntrp prior written consent. Syntrp may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to any company in the same economic group or in connection with a merger, acquisition or corporate restructuring.
14.5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties elect the courts of SAO PAULO – SP to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged, except where the User is a consumer, in which case the jurisdiction rules of the Consumer Protection Code will apply.
